This is the fourth quest in the questline to get the 
Cloud Catcher Sails to repair the Cloud Catcher. The player will get this quest automatically after completing Revive the Moth Sanctuary quest.

Simply wait two days and return to the Sanctuary. The check mark appears in your compass when two days will pass.
Enter the Sanctuary in two days' time. A cutscene will play. Speak with Woodrow to complete the quest and take them with you. You will also get the next quest Deliver the Moth Silk to the Tailor.
